CLASSES

Plainville Strength & Wellness offers a mix of live and virtual classes. We have partnered with Les Mills and will be offering some of the best classes they offer. We will have a group fitness class and a spin class every hour of the day that we are open. This allows our members to truly workout any time of the day that their schedule allows. Our virtual classes are scheduled just like our live classes. These classes will rotate throughout the day and will be different every time you attend one. To attend one of our virtual classes you simply need to come a few minutes early, set up your equipment or spin bike, and follow along to the class being projected onto the wall. Your class, your time, your choice.
