LARGE GROUP/BOOTCAMP

Our large group training classes are designed to improve your overall fitness through full-body workouts that combine strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises. These classes are led by our Transformation Coaches, and bring intense training to a group setting, making these classes a fun and social way to get fit. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, you’ll meet your goals and achieve maximum results.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

If you’re looking to enhance your athletic performance, our Performance Training program is for you. Our trainers will work with you to assess your strengths and weaknesses and create a personalized training plan, allowing you to monitor and track your progress throughout the sessions. Our Performance Training program meets twice a week with up to 8 participants, giving you individualized attention while also having the support and energy of a group class.

PERSONAL TRAINING

For a more individualized approach, our personal training sessions provide one-on-one attention and coaching from our expert trainers. You’ll receive a customized training plan based on your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns you may have. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, our trainers at Plainville Strength & Wellness will guide you every step of the way.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Our semi-private training sessions offer a balance between the personalized attention of personal training and the social support of group classes. You’ll work with a small group of 3 people and receive individualized coaching and feedback from our trainers. You’ll also benefit from the motivation and accountability of working out with others who share your goals.
