Let’s get moving in this all-levels, moderately paced flow that includes a mix of yoga styles and a good range of poses. In a typical class students explore a combination of seated and standing poses, arm balances, backbends, inversions, breathing techniques, and meditation. Modifications and deeper variations are always offered, so each class is appropriate for most levels of practitioner. Adjustments are also offered according to the unique anatomy of the individual.

Be prepared to sweat, sculpt and move through traditional yoga poses that incorporate light weights fused with fitness regimes such as pilates or cardio strength training to enhance the practice. An upbeat music playlist will keep you moving in a warm room. All levels are welcome.


This all-levels class is inspired by the grace of ballet, balance of yoga and core strength of Pilates. In this low impact workout, be prepared to move with music as you combine high repetition, isometric holds and small controlled movements.


Having a healthy body requires a healthy mind, as well as an emotional well-being. Therefore, making the connection between mind and body will be key to improving overall health.

This workout is designed to challenge YOUR fitness. Exercise modifications allow everyone to push their individual limits.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Wear your usual workout clothes and bring a water bottle, a towel and a big attitude. We’ll do the rest.
