Your Personal Fitness Journey

First, you will meet with a Transformation Coach to discuss your goals, as well as your health history. We will also complete an InBody 570 body composition scan. Once we have all of this information, we will then write a program based specifically on that criteria. From there, one of our Transformation Coaches will be with you every step of the way until you finish your workout.

The gym can be intimidating. Working with a Transformation Coach allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Your Transformation Coach can help you find credible information and provide direction on your fitness journey. A Transformation Coach can help remove the guesswork so you can put all your energy toward accomplishing your goals.

What is InBody?

Personal Training clients have the ability to use the InBody at any point and time to track their progress. Since programs are written specifically to you and may vary, your Transformation Coach will make sure to complete a body composition scan at least 1 time per month.

InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and displays your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand result sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
