SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING AT PLAINVILLE STRENGTH AND WELLNESS

WHY SEMI-PRIVATE?

Semi-private training is our first level of personalized programming. After meeting with a Transformation Coach to discuss your goals and assess your movement, our Transformation Coaches will write a program specific to you. We will walk you through the program so you understand it, which will allow you to complete the program on your own with the guidance of our coaches. There will be no more than 3 other people in your semi-private training program.

During your training we will be tracking your workouts and making appropriate changes driven towards your goals. We will also write new programs for you, as needed, that coincides with certain metrics we will be tracking; weight loss, strength increase, increased mobility, etc.

In addition to your workouts we will also track your progress using our InBody 570 Body Composition Scan. Read below for Semi-Private member benefits.

Believe it or not, exercise can be enjoyable. A savvy Transformation Coach can make exercise both effective and fun. Group or buddy training can be a great way to increase enjoyment, make exercise social and attain the services of a trainer for a cheaper rate.

NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE

With a limit on how many people can train at the same time, Semi-Private Training allows you to get the personal training experience, an individualized program, work directly with your coach, adjust & rewrite programs as needed, along with a small community of other members that are on the same journey as you.

What is InBody?

Semi-Private Training clients have the ability to use the InBody at any point and time to track their progress. Since programs are written specifically to you and may vary, your Transformation Coach will make sure to complete a body composition scan at least 1 time per month.

InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and displays your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand result sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
