WHY PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

Once you have decided to join Performance Training, you will have to commit to one of the available time slots. Performance Training members meet twice per week and your sessions will last around 50 minutes per workout.

With a cap of 8 people, and always the same participants, we can program using a more advanced exercise selection, along with different training implements. We will coach you through the program, as well as help you track and monitor your progress throughout each training cycle.

Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for participants. Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own.

Both the Transformation Coach and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life.

How fit do I need to be?

The workouts are designed to challenge YOUR fitness. Exercise modifications allow everyone to push their individual limits.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Wear your usual workout clothes and bring a water bottle, a towel and a big attitude. We’ll do the rest.
