Youth Training Program

Plainville Strength & Wellness offers a youth training program that meets every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 4pm. The class is 1-hour long and the participants will work all aspects of fitness; strength, speed, power, mobility and more.

Our coaching staff is held to the highest standard, ensuring not only a positive outcome, but also a safe training environment – all while having fun! During the process they will assess movement patterns and progress or regress exercises as needed to fit your child. They will work off of periodized programs that allow your child to advance and will challenge each participant at their own appropriate level.
